KuCoin Crypto Exchange charged with AML accusations

The US Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) announced on Tuesday that it has filed charges against the cryptocurrency exchange Kucoin for operating an illicit platform for derivatives trading on digital assets.

In a statement, the CFTC asserted that Kucoin solicited and accepted orders for commodity futures, swaps, and other commodity transactions without registering with the Commission.
